Today the Association issued the 2,000th CSCS card, under the ARMI Skills Card Scheme.
The 2,000th CSCS card was a blue skilled worker card for an asbestos removal operative, and was made available as a physical and virtual card.
“This is an amazing number of cards issued. We only started issuing CSCS cards for operatives in August 2017, and now offer a comprehensive range of ARMI Skills cards,” stated Steve Sadley, Chief Executive of ARCA.
“Our staff deliver an excellent service, supporting the applicants and processing applications in just four working days.”
The Association offers the full range of CSCS cards for individuals working in the licensed asbestos management industry to gain access to construction sites.
Asbestos Removal Operatives can gain temporary red cards, Trained and Experienced worker, and a blue skilled worker card.
Asbestos Removal Supervisors can apply for temporary red cards, Trained and Experienced worker, and a gold supervisor card.
Asbestos Removal Managers can obtain temporary red cards, Trained and Experienced worker, and a black manager card.
